Power Panel T-/C-Series
Terminal and controller designs with touch screen
Two series included in the successful Power Panel family from B&R are the terminal version of the Power Panel (T-Series) and the controller version of the Power Panel (C-Series). Designs are available with an analog-resistive touch screen as well as PCT multi-touch.
Compact. Space-saving. Maintenance-free.
Both of these device series have an extremely compact design, minimal installation depth and an intelligent cable outlet arrangement, making these Power Panels easy-to-mount space savers. Both series also have no hard disks, fans or batteries, which makes them maintenance-free. The front of the panel provides IP65 protection, making these devices extremely well-suited for harsh industrial environments.
Simple HMI
The Power Panel T-Series (terminal design) is equipped with an embedded browser and can also be used as a Visual Components client. These Power Panels have Ethernet and USB interfaces as well as various configuration options.
High-performance with a wide range of connection options
The Power Panel C-Series (controller design) is available in a wide range of performance classes with cycle times down to 0.4 ms. In addition, variants with different interfaces cover a wide array of applications: POWERLINK, standard Ethernet, USB 2.0, X2X Link as well as optional RS232, RS485 and CAN make sure that all bases are covered when it comes to connectivity.
Available in four different variants.
Power Panel C30 with controller functionality - Power Panel C30 variants are terminals with an integrated PLC. The ARM Cortex-A8 processor (1 GHz, single core) provides enough performance to allow applications to achieve cycle times down to 1 ms. Automation Runtime, which provides up to 8 task classes, provides the foundation. The Power Panel C30 is equipped with interfaces for Ethernet, USB and CAN.
Power Panel C70 with controller functionality - Power Panel C70 variants are terminals with an integrated PLC. The Intel Atom processor provides enough performance to allow applications to achieve cycle times down to 0.4 ms. Automation Runtime, which provides up to 8 task classes, is the basis for this. To allow optimal use of this performance, the Power Panel C70 has a wide range of integrated interfaces: POWERLINK, Ethernet, X2X Link, USB as well as optional CAN
Power Panel T30 with terminal functionality - The Power Panel T30 is a dedicated visualization terminal and can be operated in 2 different modes. It can be operated as a web browser device using standard technology (in full screen mode). Alternatively, it is also optimized for use with Visual Components. The user simply selects the desired mode during configuration. Communication is handled via standard Ethernet – ensuring all the advantages of its easy and affordable cabling.
Power Panel T50 with terminal functionality - The Power Panel T50 is equipped with an embedded browser and can also be used as a Visual Components client. The terminal series has Ethernet and USB interfaces as well as various configuration options.
Power Panel T50 devices with glass front and multi-touch technology are compact, easy to configure and perfectly suited for premium machine designs.
The high sensitivity and accuracy of the projected capacitive touch screen improves usability. The multi-touch technology also makes it possible to integrate convenient gestures like zooming and swiping.
The clear glass design also offers, in addition to a high-quality design, a cost advantage compared to non-reflective glass. The Power Panel T50 is also available with optional non-reflective glass for applications or user interfaces with this requirement.
